The instrument can be withdrawn at our atelier or can be send through a forwarding agent or by mail. In this case the buyer has the opportunity to quietly test and examine the instrument at his home for two weeks.
If the instrument satisfies expectations, the selling process is considered closed. If the instrument doesn’t correspond to your expectations, it could be returned and the full amount will be refunded with the exclusion of expedition, custom and banking expenses.
We apply this particular policy as warranty of our best work.
